The Code of Conduct was approved in October 2008, by ANCP-NAPP’s Board of Directors. It reflects the principles and values that govern ANCP-NAPP and its staff’s conduct, in order to prevent conflicts of interest and corruption.

The Code of Conduct is published on ANCP-NAPP’s website and on the State-Owned Companies website (www.dgtf.pt/sector-empresarial-do-estado-see) through the Directorate General for Treasury and Finance.
