Mission

ANCP-NAPP’s mission is to devise, implement and manage the National System for Public Procurement (SNCP-NSPP), as well as to centrally manage the State-owned Fleet contributing to increase the efficiency of the Portuguese Public Administration.

Vision

ANCP-NAPP intends to become a case study - a reference - in the fields of Public Procurement and State-Owned Fleet Management.

Strategic Goals

• To contribute towards a balanced public expenditure;
• To reform the procurement and fleet management functions in a transversally sustainable manner across the entire Public Administration;
• To ensure a greater control and optimization of public expenditure, especially the one deriving from the procurement of goods and services that aim to fulfill common needs of the Public Administration;
• To enhance the State Fleet Management, both in economic and environmental terms;
• To support the modernization of the Public Administration;
• To promote economic competitiveness.
