The commitment to Total Quality Management is intrinsic to the vision and goals of ANCP-NAPP, which is built-in the processes and relationships within the National System for Public Procurement (SNCP-NSPP).

 
Giving voice to this vision, ANCP-NAPP has already implemented a complex project of dematerialization of internal procedures, especially those having a significant impact on its relationships with external stakeholders.

Current projects under development: 

• The implementation of a dedicated Management Information System (MIS) whose main objective is to monitor the overall performance of the SNCP-NSPP;
• The implementation of a web based tool with the main objective of facilitating the transmission and processing of data reported to ANCP-NAPP regarding call-offs and contracts closed under the framework agreements awarded by ANCP-NAPP.
