The fiscal consolidation and the Public Administration reform reflected in the Restructuring Programme of the State’s Central Administration (PRACE), together with the modernization of the procurement area play a central role in the strategy of public expenditure reduction through the centralized negotiation of goods and services.
This strategy aims at creating value, financial gains, savings and cost reductions through public tenders leading to the award of framework agreements, which in turn promote synergies and economies of scale as a result of a concentration process.
